Introduction:
Today we’re having a look at an extreme air cooler from Cooler Master. Cooler Master has provided us with their Hyper Z600 CPU cooler, which at first sight looks like it’ll keep anything cool. If this is true, we’ll find out in this review.
Packaging:
The Cooler Master Hyper Z600 is packed in a tall box with a big logo on the front. The “logo” is actually a picture of the coolers top, and has been shaped in plastic to give it a 3d look. Below the logo, the coolers name Hyper Z600 is printed.
On the remaining sides, Cooler Master has printed information about the cooler. This info includes the supported CPU’s and sockets, plus dimensions and weight which we’ll get back to.
Also, one of the sides has pictures of the Hyper Z600 cooler used in its different modes. It’s possible to use the Hyper Z600 for passive use and with one or two fans. One of the pictures also gives the user an idea of just how big the cooler is when installed on an ATX motherboard.
