Corsair Extreme X128 Solid State Drive

The successor to mechanical hard drives, the Solid State Disk is still only a small piece of the total market, and the price/GB ratio is also pretty high, but luckily the manufacturers keep producing new models, which pushes performance up and prices down. Corsair is well known for producing quality RAM, USB sticks, power supplies and lately they\'re beginning to SDD several SSD\'s to their collection. The SSD\'s is split into different series, and one of these is called Extreme. The SSD in question today is called Corsair Extreme X128, and like the name might suggest has a capacity of 128GB -  more than enough for the operating system and then some.

Packaging:
Some of you might not be familiar with the physical size of most SSD\'s which is in the 2.5" factor. This means the drive is very small compared to a traditional 3.5" hard drive. As a result of this, the packaging is also small and simple without anything fancy. The Corsair name, logo and a product shot can be found on the front, as well as the capacity and series.

On the back, Corsair explains in different languages, why you should use an SSD.
